PAtterns for Pro - Workshops

Patterns for Professionals Workshops are designed to help individuals, teams, leaders, ministries, and organizations better understand personality dynamics, communication patterns, motivations, blind spots, and relational behaviors through a Christian transformation lens.

These workshops integrate Enneagram based personality frameworks within Christian doctrine to support true spiritual, psychological, and personal development in both personal and leadership roles

How does it work?

Patterns for Pros is a four-part series of one-day transformational workshops.

1- Foundations

Nine Core Patterns

An introduction to the nine core personality dynamics and how they shape perception, communication, fears, motivations, strengths, and behaviors.

Participants begin developing greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and understanding of the internal narratives influencing their leadership, relationships, and decisions.

2-DYNAMICS

Integration & Desintegration

Focused on personal patterns in contexts of ease and challenges, communication, conflict, relational triggers, leadership tendencies, and interpersonal dynamics between personality patterns.

Participants learn how to better navigate challenges, conflict situations, leadership opportunities, and relationships with intentionality.

One day workshops

Maximum 16 participants per workshop

Available online globally or in person in Ontario

Each Workshop is customized for it’s participants, depending on needs & contexts. (Ex: Teams, ministries, corporations, non-profit organizations, private group, family, etc…)

4 - Instincts

Drives, Cultures & Priorities

Focused on instinctual patterns and the deeper drives influencing focus, stress, motivation, relationships, and decision making.

Participants gain practical tools for healthier self-management, emotional regulation, leadership presence, and spiritual alignment.

$250 USD per event / per participant

Private events:

Minimum $1,000 USD per day
Travel expenses apply for in person workshops
